Proceeding from the deep belief and the moral, human and scientific responsibility of each university, academic and scientific institution in order to increase its scientific, development and humanitarian impact in the surroundings of its local, national, regional, international and humanitarian community at large in order to achieve its mission and goals according to the highest international levels, and to activate the self capabilities of each university and academic institution, it was necessary to think In an institutional and collective manner that achieves a constructive partnership between a large number of universities, institutions, institutes and research and scientific centers with common scientific, intellectual and humanitarian visions; To come up with a scientific and practical formula that achieves the desired attendance; Not only at the national level, but also at the regional, global and human levels, to present an integrated picture about science and its impact on the individual, the universe and life, based on common communities that we seek to maximize according to one vision. This motivated us to work on establishing a union of African and Asian universities; In view of the commonalities between these two continents in many matters; Such as religion, language, history, geography, blood ties, a common destiny and human values ​​among many of its countries. It is not hidden from everyone that Africa constitutes an extension of the aforementioned elements for Asia since the dawn of the sun of knowledge associated with the Islamic call and the great (Read) message.

 


Article (5) (Definitions of the most important terms in the system)
The following words and phrases, wherever mentioned in this system, shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context indicates otherwise:
The Federation: The Federation of Afro-Asian Universities, according to the official approvals issued by the competent authorities and the members of the Federation.
The Constituent Body: The group of universities, institutions, institutes and scientific centers that contributed to its establishment and signed the first draft of the project of the previously assembled union.

 


General Assembly: the formation that includes all its affiliated members.
Honorary President: A person of symbolic and honorary international standing.
President of the Federation: He is the highest executive person who supervises all the work of the Federation.
The Secretary General: He is the executive person responsible for setting plans and programs that achieve the goals, mission and recommendations of the Federation and signing cooperation protocols.
The Executive Director: He is the executive person responsible for implementing the plans and programs that achieve the goals, mission and recommendations of the Federation. It combines scientific and administrative work and is responsible for the conduct and follow-up of the work of the technical, administrative and financial staff and the Federation’s committees, addressing the concerned authorities and signing cooperation protocols.
Advisory Board: It is a body of experts and specialists.
The Scientific Council: It is a council that includes experts to develop education systems, curricula, and curricula and to formulate educational policies that achieve scientific, research and academic advancement and progress.
System: It is the internal system of the union.
Union Member: The affiliate who holds membership in the union and who fulfills the affiliation requirements.
